Kids Learn to Sew – Intermediate

Finished the beginner course and looking for some new sewing projects? Join us over four weeks as we expand your knowledge of sewing. You will have the opportunity to complete a new project each week. These sessions will inspire creativity and build life-long basic skills, while having fun at the same time. First 5 Forever Storytime

First 5 Forever helps prepare children for school and develops:

• good listening skills and a love of reading and learning
• motor skills
• memory, sequencing and rhyming skills
• socialising, creativity and family fun.

This is done through singing, rhymes, stories, and craft. These free sessions are suitable for babies and preschool children.

Things to do at home

Gympie Regional Libraries provide a great range of resources you can use at home. You can borrow 30 items that include books, DVDs and magazines for 3 weeks. Your children can have their own library card. Speak to one of our staff to join them up.
However, we are more than just books. We have many other services and resources designed for children and youth.
